VS ALI MCKINNEY Mr. Mckinney plead not guilty to F1 Child Battery. The State offered him a plea of 3 years probation and classes. Mr. Mckinney maintaining his innocence and his rights as a parent took the case to trail. Mr. Mckinney is a 37 year- old Muslim Black man found guilty by a majority white jury 5-1 on August 2, 2016 of F3 Child Abuse as a lesser offence with minor injury to F1 Aggravated Child Abuse for allegedly administering corporal punishment upon his 16 year-old daughter. The father maintains his innocence and is appealing the case. He has served 4 years in the military and received an honorable discharge. He is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant that has cared for patients of all races over the past ten years. During his sentencing hearing the judge disregarded the jury findings and found him guilty of moderate injuries in order to add on more points to the sentencing guidelines and sentenced him to 5 years in state prison. VS SYTERIA HEPHZIBAH AKA HIGHLY FAVORED SHEKINAH -EL (COPYRIGHT) 5Highly Favored Shekinah -El is 62 year-old and was racially profiled as a Black woman was found guilty 04/27/2016 of False statement in a passport. She sent out notices to all government agencies of her common law name change in 2009. She maintains that her intent of changing her name was in the exercise of her 1st Amendment right to Freedom of Religion. After researching her family tree she used native american ancestral documents pertaining to her race and national origin to support her race and ethnicity in the application. She raises the concerns of being a victim of Human rights violations of her race, national origin, ancestry and religion. She is a mother and a grandmother.
